Overview
American New Energy’s advisory services are geared around working on behalf of our customers to ensure that their project is executed correctly from start to finish. We have in depth experience on all levels of energy related projects. Our expertise ranges from more simplistic oversight with regards to HVAC installations to natural gas pipeline projects and even Power Plant development. Our role in the oversight of your project may vary to suit our customer’s needs. We will be as involved as necessary, from an all-inclusive role throughout the entirety of the project to single item advisory services.
Consulting Areas
Mechanical: In all areas of plumbing and HVAC, ANE and its affiliates can offer customized Advisory services. Heating, cooling, ventilation, compressed air and piping are all areas where we excel.
Natural Gas Pipeline: American New Energy will coordinate with the customer and the local utility company to qualify and develop Natural Gas Pipelines for Fuel Conversion projects. Our ability to combine industry relationships with expertise has created success with high pressure Mains in excess of 5 miles long.
Services Spotlight
Vendor Services: We will coordinate a bid selection process with a handful of trusted vendors in the marketplace. In doing so, we will ensure that our customers are receiving the most competitive services available. Once a vendor is selected, we will negotiate final terms, award the bid and coordinate services with them throughout the course of the project. Lastly, we will work with the customer into completion to service final billing and close out.
On-Site Services: During project development, American New Energy will be on site ensuring that services are being completed in a satisfactory manner. We will continually monitor for efficiency and quality control while simultaneously staying on top of vendors to ensure that budgets are met. Our ongoing project oversight will also include frequent vendor meetings and weekly progress reporting.
